It is intended for both the public and health professionals.

You will be able to consult all the nutritional composition of the raw foods (meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes ...) or transformed (prepared meals industrial or at home ...), even the modes of cooking are taken into account!The compositions of the prepared dishes are averages, no marks cited to remain independent (except for flat waters to differentiate them).When you choose one or more pathologies, for example diabetes and hypertension, you will be able to immediately see by color code if a food is too sweet and / or too salty.
For pregnancy, forbidden foods appear in red.The 2nd column contains the indexes and the blood glucose loads of the food.

They come from the University of Sydney.The third column is online Nutriscore®, we put them online as soon as several products from different brands have published their listing.
An info sheet is available to explain its usefulness.
It is in this column that we can find marks.For information: the Nutriscore® grade depends on the precise composition of the product.
However, the content of fruits, vegetables and fibers is not indicated in a label.
We only publish validated quotes.As the list of foods is substantial, we advise you to search by name, category, or in writing or by voice.
Pre-selections by categories are also there to help you.When the food is found you can put it in your favorites.With Dieteclic, you can also create meals and see the average of these according to the chosen criteria.
